there is an article in the times-picayune today about one of new orleans' finest . . . and yes that is meant to be completely sarcastic! and the mention of the woman who made the call that lead to his arrest . . . that would be yours truly!

    Good for you! A few months ago I came upon a man who was also nasty, but was too freaked out to think about calling the cops.
